Use of Services
Laundry Nest Express provides laundry services, including wash and fold, self-service, and pickup and delivery. You agree to use our online services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing orders, scheduling pickups, or using any online feature of our website.
Online Orders and Payments
All online orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including limitations in service area, product availability, or safety concerns. Payment for online orders must be completed at the time of booking through the website. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price shown at checkout.
Pickup and Delivery
For online orders requiring pickup or delivery, you agree to provide accurate address information and ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time. Laundry Nest Express is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items due to incorrect address information or failure to receive the order.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree not to include hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items in your laundry. Valuable items, such as jewelry, cash, or electronics, should not be included, as Laundry Nest Express is not responsible for their loss or damage. Customers are responsible for inspecting their items upon return and reporting any concerns within 24 hours.
Reporting Lost or Damaged Items
If any items are missing or damaged upon delivery, you must notify Laundry Nest Express within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing laundrynestexpress@gmail.com. Your report should include the order number, item name, description of the issue, and a photo of any damage. Proof of value may also be requested.
We aim to resolve issues by repairing, replacing, or issuing a refund or credit based on the item’s condition, age, and replacement cost. Claims missing required information or submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted. Pre-existing damage or concerns about fabric condition may exempt items from cleaning. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Once the 30 day period has expired, the customer’s claim will be considered resolved and closed.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds or adjustments for online orders may be issued at our discretion for service errors or issues with delivery. Refund or correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Cancellations for online pickups or deliveries must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laundry Nest Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our online services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claims related to online services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific online order in question.
Changes to Terms
Laundry Nest Express reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our online services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
